One of my "odd colored" cows and her calf.  These "grey" ones tend to throw grey calves all the time.  I kept them because the buyers don't like the color but since they keep throwing the same color calves I am phasing them out as fast as I can.  If they are hard to sell, why have them? every grey calf that my heifer has thrown has been phenominal. Trybreeding your heifer with a black simmental bull.

they are beautiful!
The sun breaking through the clouds.  We still have a little layer of snow on the ground.  Not like the areas around us that have no snow at all.  Up by Billings they even had a range fire it is so dry.  Not a problem here.  Taken 1/12/2008.
