Installing a large mining equipment tire for a stock tank. After getting it in place you put concrete in the middle to seal it. I got a very poor batch of cement and ended up having to break the cement back out and try again. I bought some better quality cement and will try again. Taken 7/18/2006.(Sarpy Sam)
